help!!
hi im new to the site we just got engaged! we were originally thinking about Jan 2012, but we dont really want to wait 2 years, do any of you grls have rates and guarantees for Jan and or Sept 2011 for a sunday evening for the following halls...
we have 90-130 people also..
Westbury Manor
Jericho Terrace
Fox hollow
The Woodlands
and if anyone can think of any other places with smaller rooms or anything thank you!!

hi we are paying $75pp for a sunday in July 2011 @ chateau la mer....
the downstairs ball room minimum is 150 but there is a smaller room upstairs with beautiful views - i know it has a smaller minimum but im not sure of what it is
worth a call!

Larkfield Manor is beautiful. The garden room holds up to 150 and our min is 100.

Old Field Club is gorgeous and is right on the water. The price is $110pp on a Sunday. They only have one wedding per day so you can have your reception begin whenever you want.

Congrats on your engagement!!!
I am going to see Westbury Manor, Fox Hollow and the Woodlands this weekend! I will let you know after I find out more but if this helps all three were priced between $70 - 110 but that was for a Saturday night wedding, so I am sure prices would be a bit lower for Sunday.

For the smaller room for Chateau la mer, their max is 150. And they quote you at 85, you have to talk them down when you garuantee people, if you go for 115 they knocked it down to 75 for us. And believe me the view for that room is gorgeous. :)

the max amount of people is 180 for the upstairs room... at least thats what they told me...

i have quotes for jericho terrace dome room...but october 2010 and april 2011. And the minimum for the dome room was 175 for a friday night...let me know if you'd like them, i'll FM
